Permissions for Cape Kore

There's really only one ability Stiles has that a regular human doesn't come equipped with, and that's his Mountain Ash trick. It creates a barrier around whatever it's poured around, preventing certain supernaturals from crossing. We know it works on werewolves and Kanima (but I'm not planning to have him use it on our wolves without prior discussion/agreement) but whether it would work on angels, demons or other supernaturals, I leave entirely up to the muns responsible.

Kind of figure it wouldn't work on mutants, since they classify as human. But then again, it could. Again, up to muns.
